Palcare Celebrating 20 Years!

Palcare was incorporated in 1987 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and began providing services in April of 1993. Throughout our history Palcare has maintained a strong reputation for quality education and child care services.

Palcare has one of the largest infant care programs in San Mateo County, and is the only provider to offer flexible scheduling for families with extended hours, 6:00am - 11pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays 8:00am 11pm. Palcare strives to maintain affordability by offering tuition rates that are 75% - 80% of market rate, as well as providing scholarships and subsidized childcare for low income families that qualify.
